NB! Group Discount: 10% discount will be applied for groups who register 4 or more delegates from the same company/organization. This discount does not apply to the field trip fee.
In order to apply for the Group Discount, please follow the next steps:
Please send the list of all the delegates included in your group to the Symposium Secretariat by e-mail conference@frens.ee.
Each delegate is required to complete the registration form separately here and insert the keyword “Group Registration” into the field “Other Information”. The preliminary invoices will be issued after each delegate of the group has finalized their registration. In order to get the Group Discount, all the registration forms must be submitted prior to the Symposium registration deadline.
There is no on-site registration available for the symposium or the field trip. Space is limited for the panels and especially the field trip – we encourage you to sign up early! Additional registrants will be placed on a waiting list in the order received.
Symposium Information
Participation fees for the panels include:
Access to 2 concurrent sessions with presentations and panel discussions over 2
days (Monday, June 10 - Tuesday, June 11) Daily refreshments, lunches and a Group Dinner at the Seaplane Harbour for all
participants on Monday evening Transportation to/from selected hotels (see the Accommodations section) and
Tallinn Technical University (the venue for the panel sessions) Transportation to/from the dinner venue and selected hotels
Participants are responsible for paying for their own lodging during the symposium in Tallinn, June 10-11. We have secured discounted rates at a number of hotels in the area. Please book your hotel reservations under our “Accommodations” section to take advantage of these discounts. Free transport to/from the symposium and the dinner will only be arranged for the hotels included in the “Accommodations” section.
Symposium Fees:
Registration (April 30 - May 31): 350 EUR
The Symposium offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to visit the most prominent sites of the Estonian oil shale industry as well as to get insights into the operation of the companies.
The number of participants will be limited on a first come-first served basis.
